Guests must be at least 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or given parental consent letter.
Check-in time starts from 2.00pm onwards. Guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (IC or Passport) at check-in with their booking voucher or details. A security deposit of RM50 for each room together with the full room charges will be collected upon check-in. Foreign tourists are required to pay a tourist tax of RM10 per night per room upon check-in. Early check-in within 4.00am to 8.00am is subject to additional half day room rate charges and subject to room availability.
Check-out time is at 12.00pm. Please return the hotel room key card upon check-out. The security deposit is fully refundable upon check-out but may be subject to deductions upon inspection of the accommodation. The hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12.00pm for an additional fee; subject to room availability. Event of the loss of the hotel room key card, a replacement charge of RM50 each will be charged to the guest during check-out.

Any extension of stay should be informed to the front desk before 12.00pm and subject to room availability.
Children aged 6 and under stay for free in existing room [max 2 per room]. Baby cribs are available upon to request but subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the hotel. As the parents and guardians of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times.
Reservations are held until 6.00pm unless guaranteed by deposit payment. All bookings/advance payments made are non-refundable.
All vehicles must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking is free for 1 staying guests and limited to 2 parking tickets daily. Please park at LG1 or LG2 [yellow parking box]. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of RM50 per day.
If you travel with valuables, there is a safety box in your wardrobe. The hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.
We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the seminar room such as valuables, audio visual equipment, microphone, any computer, and sound equipment are brought in at your own risk. The hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s event, whether the items were left before, during or following the function.
Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 10.00am – 4.00pm. Management reserves the right to enter a room during an emergency, for housekeeping, maintenance in order to verify that the room’s furnishing and appliances are intact; or to address or prevent a violation of our hotel policy. In the event of suspected illegal activity, the management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a hotel policy is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests.
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
DAMAGES TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING
Damages to mattress and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, duvets, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, blood, make-up, shoe-polish, stains, etc. will result in a charge for special cleaning, repair or replacement of damaged items.
